The Chocolate Template

Some of you are probably asking, 'Why a Chocolate' theme? This is a special template that I downloaded from the Internet and from the first time I layed eyes on it I was in love and I thought to myself how fitting! Yes, I do have a love for chocolate, who doesn't? Although I must say one thing that I have learn't during my many years at Hobsons Bay is that Librarians love chocolate. I often recall people in the Workroom at Altona, saying 'I feel like Chocolate'. I once thought it was refined to Friday afternoons however, I soon realised that it applies all day everyday. People even have lolly jars on desks so that there is an endless supply of chocolate and lollies for staff in the event that someone needs a pick me up. I won't name names (Wonnie) but some staff just can't decline the tempation of chocolate or in fact to any treat! The mere mention on chocolate and everyone's mouths start watering. Fortunately for us we have a Coles Supermarket and Lolly Shop nearby the Altona Library which is visited frequently to fulfil the many staff cravings. Let's not forget the times that staff bring in the fundraising chocolate boxes, they never last long. I say anytime you have chocolates to sell for fundraising, Altona's the spot to bring them!

I often wonder whether it is just Hobsons Bay Librarians who love chocolate or Librarians on the whole. Maybe one day I will find out but until then I will continue to enjoy sharing the love of chocolate.
